We manufacture Intensive Turbo Mixer with rigid construction with exchangeable wear plate, mixing ploughs and color blades. Mixing plough driving through worm reduction gearbox coupled by standard motor. Positive lock door and water cooling arrangement are provided. ‘GUR’ liner provided inside the pan wall for non sticking the sand. Rotor fitted at particular angle to cut the sand to floppy condition.tungsten carbide brazed ploughs are used here.
